CFRE Approved Training

The Calculated CEO is a CFRE approved training worth 9.0 credits towards your CFRE. The training is available virtually and in person. Course content includes How to develop an MOU, Grant Writing Basics, Volunteer Recruitment, Developing a Case for Support, Effective Storytelling Methods, and Donor Retention Strategies.

START AND SUSTAIN YOUR NONPROFIT
This course is available to men and women employed at US STEEL as well as their spouses.  "Start and Sustain Your Nonprofit" is a comprehensive program designed to guide aspiring nonprofit founders and existing nonprofit leaders through the critical stages of establishing and maintaining a successful nonprofit organization. This program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to navigate the complexities of nonprofit management, ensuring long-term sustainability and impactful service delivery. Early this year two students launched their first nonprofit based on the knowledge gained.

BI-WEEKLY ONE ON ONE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR COACHING
Program Overview: The Six-Month Nonprofit Executive Director Coaching Program is tailored to support and empower new and existing Executive Directors in the nonprofit sector. This program provides personalized, one-on-one coaching to enhance leadership skills, strategic thinking, and organizational management. Through a combination of regular coaching sessions, practical assignments, and continuous support, Executive Directors will be equipped to lead their organizations with confidence and effectiveness.
